Cancellation Policy: Reservations that are canceled with notice of 10 days or more (30 days in May and October) are not liable for booking. All cancellations must be received by telephone to be valid. Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice (30 days in May and October) will be charged for the total nights reserved. We cannot be responsible for inclement weather, therefore you will be charged for all nights reserved, if canceled. 

NOTE: Any changes to an existing reservation within 15 days of arrival, will be billed a $25.00 adjustment fee.  No exceptions.
