Gift Cards/Certificates: Gift cards or certificates issued by the Belle Hearth, Bed and Breakfast.com ($200 maximum) or Bed and Breakfast Association of Virginia (BBAV), must be noted at time of reservation whether on line or by phone in order to be honored and cannot be used in conjunction with any discount or special offer.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations that are canceled with notice of 10 days or more (30 days in May and October) are not liable for booking. All cancellations must be received personally by telephone to be valid. Voice mail cancellations are NOT considered confirmed.  Cancellations received with less than 10 days notice (30 days in May and October) will be charged for the total nights reserved. A $25 fee will be charged to credit card for any cancellations.  We cannot be responsible for inclement weather, therefore you will be charged for all nights reserved, if canceled.
